Please note that when you graduate or otherwise leave the university, you must uninstall/delete the EndNote software from your computer (but you may keep the data files that EndNote generates). This means that any current A&T student, and current faculty and staff, are able to use this software as long as they are a current student or university employee. EndNote Download and Installation Instructions (PDF) At the writing stage, EndNote will integrate with word processing such as Microsoft Word (PC & Mac) and Pages (Mac) to help you not only insert citations, but also format them in the style required by your professor or publisher. At the organization stage, you decide how EndNote will best help you by creating “Groups”. At the collection stage, you can “export” citations into EndNote from most of our databases. EndNote helps you manage citations at three stages of the research process: collecting, organizing, and writing.
